USER GUIDE

■ Select products　商品を選ぶ

1. Select products　商品を選ぶ
Click "Add to cart" on the product details page.
You will see the number of items in the shopping cart displayed on the upper right of the screen increase.
商品の詳細ページより、「買い物かごに入れる」ボタンをクリックしてください。
画面右上の買い物かごボタンの数字が増えているのが確認できます。

2. Confirm order　商品を確認する
The details of your order will be displayed. Check for errors and click "Process order"
or "Continue shopping".
ご注文内容が表示されます。ご確認のうえ間違いがなければ「購入手続きへ進む」を入力、
「買い物を続ける」ボタンをクリックすると引続きお買い物いただけます。

3. Log in　　ログインする
If you are not logged in, the login screen will be displayed.
If you are already a member, enter your email address and password and click "Login".
If you are new to the website, click "Sign in".
ログインしていない場合にログイン画面が表示されます。
会員の方は、メールアドレス、パスワードを入力して頂いた上、「ログイン」ボタンをクリックして下さい。
初めての方は「新規会員登録」ボタンをクリックして下さい。

4. Settings　各種設定
Enter information in the order of "Cart"> "Settings"> "Confirmation" and proceed. Click "Back" to return to the previous screen.
*If you are already logged in, your login information will be entered automatically in the customer information.
*If you fail to enter all the information correctly, the shopping page will be displayed again. Check again and reenter the information.
「カゴ画面」>「レジ画面」>「入力確認」の順に項目を入力しお進みください。「前に戻る」ボタンをクリックすると一つ前の画面へ戻ります。
※ログイン中の場合は、お客様情報にログイン情報が自動入力されます。
※入力もれ、あるいは入力内容に誤りがありますと、再度ショッピングページが表示され、 エラーとなります。今一度確認のうえ入力ください。

■ Confirm details　最終確認

Check your order details and customer information.
If there is no mistake, click "Place order now".
To modify the entered information, delete and reenter the information you wish to modify.
*Confirmed orders cannot be cancelled.
ご注文内容・お客様情報をご確認ください。
間違いがなければ「この内容で購入する」ボタンをクリックしてください。
入力内容を修正する場合は、修正される部分を消して、入力し直してください。
※注文確定後の取り消しはできませんのでご注意ください。

■ Payment method　お支払い方法を選択する

①Credit card　クレジットカード決済
We accept payment by VISA, Master, Diners, JCB, Amex cards.
VISA、Master、Diners、JCB、Amexのカードがご利用いただけます。

②Bank transfer (advance payment)is limited to Japan.
Payment due date:Please make payment within one week after placing an order.
銀行振込（先払）は日本国内のみのご利用になります。当店へのご注文後1週間以内にお支払ください。

■ Confirm order　注文内容を確認する

When the order is placed, you will receive an email confirming your order. We advise you not to delete the order confirmation email.
*If you do not receive the order confirmation email, your order may not have been completed or your email address may have been registered incorrectly. Please enter your name, email address and order details in the contact form to get in touch with us.
注文完了後すぐに、ご登録いただいたメールアドレスに注文確認メールをお送りします。注文確認メールは必ず保存していただきますようお願い致します。
※注文確認のメールが届かない場合は、ご注文が完了していないか、またはお客様のメールアドレス登録が間違っている場合がございますので、「お問い合わせ」より、お名前・メールアドレス・注文内容をご記入のうえ、ご連絡ください。

DELIVERY　発送について

① Shipment within 7 business days after receipt of order for orders paid by credit card 

② Shipment within 7 business days after confirmation of payment for orders paid by bank transfer 

*This does not apply to orders placed at the beginning or end of the year or during consecutive holidays. 

・Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

・Orders may not be delivered on the scheduled date due to bad weather or traffic conditions.

※年末年始、その他連休はこの限りではありません。

RETURNS＆EXCHANGES　返品・交換について

We do not accept returns or exchanges of products. However, if you receive a defective product or a product different from the one you ordered, we will exchange products and pay shipping costs. If you notice a problem or have doubts when products arrive, please contact us within one week after delivery. In case of problems caused by factors attributable to our company, we will handle such cases by accepting exchanges and returns. *We advise you to place orders well in advance. We assume no liability for any damages including loss of sales opportunities, even if they are caused by circumstances attributable to a defective product or a delay in delivery. 

商品の返品、交換は受け付けておりません。 但し、注文商品と異なった商品が届いた場合、商品が不良であった場合は、当店の送料負担にて交換致します。到着後に不備・不明な点がございましたら、商品到着後1週間以内にご連絡下さい。 その他、弊社の責めに帰す不具合が発生した場合は、商品の交換、返品のみの対応とさせていただきます。 ※ご注文は、くれぐれも余裕を持ってお願い致します。不良品や納期遅延等に起因する理由であっても、売上機会の損失も含め、いかなる賠償にも応じられませんので、何卒ご了承下さい。
